宁波职业技术学院具有60余年的办学历史，是首批国家示范性高等职业院校、国家中国特色高水平高职学校和高水平专业群建设单位。先后获全国职业院校“教学管理50强”，“国际影响力50强”，“教学资源50强”以及“2019亚太职业院校影响力50强”等。学校大力推进“引进来”与“走出去”相结合的国际化办学。引进澳大利亚TAFE、英国EAL、德国双元制AHK等职业教育体系和模式，着力本土化开发与建设，创新国际化专业人才培养模式。

With a history of more than 60 years, Ningbo Polytechnic is one of the first batch of national demonstration higher vocational colleges, national high-level higher vocational schools with Chinese characteristics and high-level professional group construction units. It has been awarded the "Top 50 in Teaching Management", "Top 50 in International Influence", "Top 50 in Teaching Resources" and "Top 50 in Asia-Pacific Vocational Colleges in 2019". The school vigorously promotes the integration of "bringing in" and "going out" in international education. We have introduced vocational education systems and models such as TAFE in Australia, EAL in the UK, and AHK in Germany, focusing on localized development and construction, and innovating international professional personnel training models.
