山东劳动职业技术学院（山东劳动技师学院）是公立普通高等院校，始建于1955年。学院位于山东省会城市泉城济南市，全日制在校学生14000余人，专任教师800余人。学院90%的教师理论教学和实践教学能力兼具，并且所有专业教师均具有企业工作经历。学院是“全国职业教育先进单位”“国家高技能人才培养示范基地”“国家级专业技术人员继续教育基地”“国家技能根基工程培训基地”“山东省高等教育技能型特色名校”，“山东省优质高等职业院校建设工程”立项建设单位，“国家技能人才培育工作突出贡献奖”获得单位，“山东省机械行业职业教育培训集团”牵头组建单位，山东省公共实训基地建设运营单位。

Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College (Shandong Labor Technician College) is a public institution, founded in 1955. The college stands in the provincial capital, Jinan, which is famous for its spring water. There are about 14,000 full-time students and more than 800 full-time teachers and 90% of teachers are capable in both theoretical and practical teaching. All the professional teachers have working experience in enterprises. The college is entitled as National Advanced Vocational College, National Demonstrative Base for High-skilled Talent, National Continuing Education Base for Professional worker, National Pilot of 1+X Certificate in Higher Vocational College, Skill-typed Characteristic top College of Advanced Education of Shandong Province, and Construction Unit of High-quality Vocational College in Shandong Province. It has been awarded the prize of National Outstanding Contribution in High-skilled Talent’s Education. The college was in the leadership in forming Shandong Training Group of Vocational Education in Machine Industry, and is a construction unit of Public Training Base of Shandong Province.

学院对接产业办专业，设有智能制造系、电气及自动化系、汽车工程系、信息工程系、现代城市系、工商管理系、劳动经济系等教学系部。

The college is specialized in serving the needs of the industry and has teaching departments, including Intelligent Manufacturing Department, Electrical Engineering and Automation Department, Automotive Engineering Department, Information Engineering Department, Modern City Department, Business Administration Department, Labor Economics Department, etc..

学院是世界技能大赛中国集训基地。近三年来，在各级各类大赛中获 300多个奖项，60多名师生获得省级以上技术能手称号，数量居于全省职业院校前列。

The college is the Chinese training base of World Skills Competition. In the past three years, more than 300 awards have been won in competitions at all levels and more than 60 teachers and students won the titles of National or Provincial Technical Experts, which ranks the first in Shandong.

新建的智能产线兼具专业教学、技能竞赛、生产加工、教研科研等多元功能，成为全国领先的智能制造人才培养与技术服务的高端实训中心。

The newly-built intelligent production line is leading the country and has multiple functions such as teaching, competition, processing, and scientific  research.

学院以学历教育为主，开展全日制高等专科教育和以培养高级技师为主的技工教育，同时面向社会开展非全日制成人专科教育、社会培训、技能服务、师资培训等。

The college mainly carries out academic education, full-time higher vocational education and technical education mainly to train senior technicians, and at the same time carries out part-time adult vocational education, social training, skill services, teacher training and so on.

学院目前与德国、英国、韩国、俄罗斯等国家的院校建立了长期合作关系，开展专业共建、文化交流、学术交流、教师培训、学生留（游）学等多个合作项目。与国（境）外高水平院校、企业和机构共建各类人才培养基地和师资培训基地等。

The college has established friendly cooperative relations with universities and educational institutions worldwide, including Germany, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Russia and so on, to jointly develop professions, carry out cultural and academic exchanges, teacher training, and student overseas study. Currently, we are to co-build talent training bases and teacher training bases with universities, enterprises and institutions abroad.

建校60多年来，学院以培养“知识型、技能型、创新型”劳动者为使命，以建设“技能型高水平职业院校”为目标愿景，全面培养德技并修的高素质技术技能人才。
