Harbin Cambridge University is located in the beautiful ice city of Harbin. It started undergraduate programs in 2004. The campus covers nearly 720,000 square meters with a building area of 450,000 square meters. There are 161 laboratories (centers) with a total area of 16,243 square meters in the campus. Harbin Cambridge University has a library of 1.27 million books and 580,000 electronic journals. 196 bases include national demonstration and practice base for school-enterprise collaborative employment, entrepreneurship and innovation, IEM Industry and Education Integration Center and other comprehensive training bases, off-campus practice bases have been established. The university has 10 modern industrial colleges such as "Huawei Cloud Big Data", "Huazhong CNC Robot", "Bozhong Precision Intelligent Manufacturing" and "Sike Preschool Education", as well as industrial college clusters that connect the 4 major economies of Heilongjiang Province.
The university consists of 10 colleges, 2 teaching departments and 27 undergraduate majors including 6 disciplines: engineering, education, management, art, economics, literature. Among them, the university has 4 first-class undergraduate major construction sites in Heilongjiang Province and 1 key construction subject in Heilongjiang Province. The Bachelor's degree program in Accounting has been certified by CPA Australia, becoming the only private university in North and Northeast China that has passed the certification. Facing the needs of national and regional industries, the university has built an "H" discipline professional structure (education and engineering give priority to development, and digitization and intelligence are closely integrated), and established 4 professional clusters of intelligent manufacturing, automobile industry, basic education and modern service to continuously improve the ability to serve regional economic and social development.
Currently, the university employs 316 full-time teachers and 280 external teachers. The proportion of teachers with master's or doctor's degree was 85.44% and teachers with professional qualifications and working experience accounted for 38.39%. The university has "Foreign Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences", "Academician of the Academy of Engineering and Technology of Developing countries", "candidate of Ten Million Talents Project", "Xingliao Talents" and other high-level talents.

In recent years, the average employer satisfaction of school graduates is 92% and has sent more than 30,000 talents to the society.
