山东商务职业学院(Shandong Business Institute),位于开放前沿的海滨城市—烟台，是行政隶属于山东省粮食和物资储备局的省属公办高等职业院校。学院始于1975年创立的山东省粮食学校，2006年经山东省人民政府批准正式建立山东商务职业学院，进入了蓬勃发展的新时期。2013年学校获评“山东省技能型人才培养特色名校”。2015年原山东省粮食干部学校并入山东商务职业学院，成立山东商务职业学院济南校区，标志着学校进入多校区办学的新阶段。2018年学校被国家人力资源社会保障部评为“国家技能人才培育突出贡献单位”。学校是全国粮食行业人才培训基地、国家技能人才培育突出贡献单位、山东省技能型人才培养特色名校、优质省级职教师资培养培训基地、山东省文明单位、山东省文明校园、山东省平安校园、全省职业教育先进单位、烟台市高技能人才培训基地。现为全国粮食职业教育研究会会长单位、中国职教学会商科专业委员会副主任单位、国家粮食局科创联盟首批理事单位、国家示范性职业教育集团（联盟）培育单位。

办学条件一流，师资队伍精良

学校现有烟台和济南两个校区。烟台校区占地面积1418亩，校舍建筑面积44.5万平方米，总投资达11亿多元；设立12个二级学院和教学职能部门，开设粮食工程与技术管理、粮食储运与质量安全、食品检验检测技术、粮食质量与安全、跨境电商、电子商务、国际经济与贸易等43个大专专业；现有在校生17000余人、专任教师765人、兼任教师376人，专任教师中教授与副教授235人、“双师型”教师占90%以上。
建校四十多年来，学校形成了较为完备的职业技能教育体系和实践性教学设施条件。学校建有2.5万平方米的现代化图书馆，藏书145万册。馆内实施人脸识别入馆，全面覆盖无线网络，电子阅览室等现代化设施俱全。学校建有9.2万多平方米的校内实验实训场地，有中央财政支持建设的粮油质量检测中心和制粉工艺实训中心两个现代化实训基地，并设有国家级职业技能鉴定站14个，建有高标准的专业实验室、实训室200多个，教学仪器设备总值达1.6亿多元。

践行校企合作育人，夯实就业保障

学校深化产教融合、校企合作，与政府部门、行业协会、企业建立了长期合作关系和对话交流机制，学校现与450多家知名企业建立了稳定深入的校企合作关系，建有370多个校外实习实训基地，开设企业订单班60多个，省级现代学徒制试点项目2个，增设校企合作办学专业，校企共建中储粮产业学院、百纳学院、新浪动漫影视学院3个，校企共建实体项目7个，与企业共建技术研发中心3个，设立“厂中校”3个，真正实现人才培养与社会需求无缝对接。

近年来，学校毕业生就业率一直保持在98%以上，拳头专业毕业生供不应求。近九年学校录取新生全部为第一志愿，成为全省招生情况最好的几所专科院校之一。

深化国际交流合作，服务国家战略

学校高度重视国际化发展，与12个国家的 22 所高校建立紧密合作关系，开设2个中外合作办学专科教育项目，牵头建设刚果金海外职业技术学院（北方矿业校区），与刚果金拉米卡有限公司共建1所中文工坊，在新加坡、日本建有2所海外教育培训中心，承担三项汉语桥项目，开发并被境外高校认可的专业教学标准2个、课程标准11门，输出职业标准2项。近5年共有200 余名师生赴国（境）外交流、深造，承担“走出去”企业海外员工培训达 800 人次。

Shandong Business Institute, a provincial public full-time college, authorized by the Shandong Provincial Government and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is located in Yantai, a coastal city and an excellent tourism city in China. Shandong Business Institute, formerly known as Yantai Grain School of Shandong Province, was founded in 1975. In 2006, Shandong Business Institute was formally established with the approval of Shandong Provincial People’s Government. In 2013, the school was rated as the "Famous School with Special Characteristics for Skilled Talent Training in Shandong Province". In 2015, the former Shandong Provincial Grain Cadre School was merged into Shandong Business Institute, and established the Jinan campus, marking the school’s entry into a new stage of multi-campus education. In 2018, the school was rated as the “Outstanding contributor to the cultivation of National Skilled Talents” by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The school was awarded as a National Grain Industry Talent Training Base, a National Unit with Outstanding Contributions to the Cultivation of Skilled Talents, a Famous School with Special Characteristics for the Cultivation of Skilled Talents in Shandong Province, a High-quality Provincial Vocational Teacher Training Base, a Civilized Unit in Shandong Province, a Civilized Campus in Shandong Province, a Safe Campus in Shandong Province, an Advanced Unit of Vocational Education in Shandong Province, a High Skilled Talent Training Base in Yantai, a President Unit of the National Grain Vocational Education Research Association, the Deputy Director Unit of the Business Professional Committee of China Vocational Education Association, a Cultivation Unit of the National Demonstration Vocational Education Group (Alliance).
Teaching Facilities and Faculty
Shandong Business Institute has two campuses, Jinan and Yantai, covering an area of 1,418 mu, and a building area of 424,000 square meters. The total investment is up to 1100 million Yuan. It has set 12 academic units, 2 teaching departments and offered 41 majors, including International Economy and Trade, Chain Operation and Management, Marketing Management, E-commerce, Cross-border E-commerce, Modern Logistics Management, Food Quality and Safety, Food Inspection and Testing Technology, Grain Engineering Technology and Management and so on. There are more than 17,000 college students in campus. Currently, there are 728 faculty members and 376 part-time teachers, of the full-time teachers, there are 235 professors and associate professors, 80% hold a doctor's or master's degree, and more than 90% are “dual qualification” teachers.
After more than 40 years’ development, there have been equipped with relatively complete vocational skill training system and practical teaching facilities. There is a modernized library, with 25,000 square meters in size and a collection of 1323,700 books. Shandong Business Institute has set up 2 modernized training bases, namely the Grain and Food Testing Center and Flour Production Training Center, both of which are central financially supported. There are also 14 National Professional Skill Appraisal Stations and 200 high standard professional laboratory and training rooms.
College-Enterprise Cooperative Cultivation
The school adheres to the school-enterprise integration, integration of industry and teaching, highlighting the practical and applied way of running schools, relying on enterprises, staying close to demands, and implement personel cultivation through school-enterprise association. The school has established stable and in-depth cooperation with more than 450 well-known enterprises, and has more than 370 off-campus internship and training bases. The school and enterprises jointly built an international Exchange College, Baina College, 2 second-level colleges of Sina Animation Film and Televison College, 7 entity projects and 3 technology research and development centers through the cooperation of school and enterprises, and set up 3 “factories in the school”, training high-quality technical talents through the combination of school and enterprise. In recent years, the employment rate has been above 98%.
International Exchange and Cooperation
The school speeds up the integration with international education and explores the international school-running mode actively. The school carried out extensive exchanges and interaction with 22 colleges and universities in 12 countries, sets up two Sino-foreign cooperative projects. The school took the lead in the construction of China-Congo Vocational and Techinical College (North Mining Campus), jointly built a Chinese Workshop with DRC lAMIKA Co., Ltd., established two overseas education and trainning centers in Singapore and Japan, and successfully completed three Chinese Bridge Projects. There are currently 2 professional teaching standards and 11 curriculum standards recognized by overseas universities, output 2 occupational standards. In the past five years, more than 200 teachers and students have gone abroad for exchange and further study, and have undertaken the training of overseas employees of "going out" enterprises for 800 person-time.
