山东科技职业学院简介
山东科技职业学院始建于1978年,隶属于山东省工业和信息化厅、教育厅双重领导,以省工业和信息化厅管理为主。2001年,学院独立升格为高职院校,2008年成为国家示范性高职院校,2019年被评为国家优质高职院校,教育部“双高计划”建设单位,是教育部组织认定的全国高等职业院校“教学管理50强”“学生管理50强”和“国际影响力50强”院校。
目前,学院拥有浮烟山、滨海两个校区,全日制在校生20490余人,开设纺织服装、商务外语、经济管理、机电工程、机械制造、建筑工程、生物与化学、信息工程、艺术传媒设计、汽车工程等11个专业群57个专业,其中有专业与本科高校实施“3+2”专本贯通培养4个。
学院是山东省智能制造业公共实训基地、山东省博士后创新实践基地、山东省大学生创业孵化示范基地、山东省专业技术兵员储备基地、教育部国防教育先进单位、潍坊市志愿服务学院、省工业设计中心、省行业技术中心、中非国际人才培训机构、省制造业紧缺人才培训基地、省级职业技能培训鉴定基地、省基层管理人员培训基地。
建院40多年以来,学院坚持“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、依法治校”的发展战略,形成了“产学研一体,职场化育人,国际化办学,现代化治理”的办学特色,构建了“知识传授、技能训练、创新实践、素质养成、价值积累”五位一体人才培养体系。毕业生职业素质高、创新意识强、发展潜力大,学生国家级技能大赛一等奖16项,在中车、一汽、潍柴等大型国有企业就业率高,学院被称为“山东制造企业工匠人才培养摇篮”。
积极开展国际交流与合作。 学院国际化办学起步早、成效大,与美国、德国、澳大利亚等19个国家和地区的132所院校及机构建立了友好合作关系,实现了在办学经验借鉴、师生交流、学分互认、合作办学及合作科研等方面的全融合,人才培养质量和国际化办学水平逐步提高。2017年、2019年学院荣登“高等职业院校国际影响力50强”榜单。2018年、2019年学院连续荣获“亚太职业院校影响力50强”荣誉称号。
学院近年来主动服务国家“一带一路”倡议,建有东非(乌干达)国际学院,山东科技职业学院BSC教学工作站、山东科技职业学院歌尔越南培训中心,走在了全省高职院校前列。
积极引进国外优质教育资源。与德国北黑森应用技术大学、英国北安普顿大学等院校开展6个中外(鲁台)合作办学项目。创新开展长、短期“语言+专业”、“语言+技能”来华留学培养模式,培养了大批懂语言精技能外国留学生。截至目前学院共接收来自俄罗斯、乌兹别克斯坦、巴基斯坦等35个国家的长短期来华留学生2500余名,80%以上来自于“一带一路”沿线国。
Shandong vocational college of science and technology was founded in 1978, under the dual leadership of shandong department of information and industrial technology and ministry of education, mainly managed by the former one.In 2001, the college was independently upgraded to a higher vocational college. In 2008, it became one of top100 national demonstration higher vocational colleges, with a total of 1430 higher vocational colleges in China.In 2019, it was awarded as the national high-quality higher vocational college, the construction unit of “double high quality colleges plan”approved by the ministry of education, and the “top 50 in teaching management”, “top 50 in student management” and “top 50 in international influence” colleges and universities organized by the ministry of education.
At present, there are two campuses -Fuyanshan and Binhai campus- with 1,7500 full time students. The college has now opened 11 major groups and 51 majors including Textile and Garment, Business Foreign Language, Economic Administration, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Construction Engineering, Biology and Chemistry, Information Engineering, Art Media Design and Automobile Engineering. Among these majors, there are four that have “3+2” programs which students can upgrade from junior college to university.
The college is now the Public Training Base of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry of Shandong Province, the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base of Shandong Province, the Demonstration Base of University Students' Entrepreneurship Incubation of Shandong Province, the Professional Technical Personnel Reserve Base of Shandong Province, the Advanced National Defense Education Unit of the Ministry of Education, the College of Voluntary Service of Weifang, the Industrial Design Center of Shandong Province, the Industry Technology Center of Shandong Province, the International Training Institute for Human Resources of Central Africa, the Training Base for Manufacturing personnel in Short Supply of Shandong Province, the Provincial Vocational Skills Training and Identification Base, the Grass-roots Management Training Base of Shandong Province.
Since its establishment for more than 40 years, the college has adhered to the development strategy of “building schools with quality, strengthening schools with talents, revitalizing schools with characteristics, and managing schools according to law”.The colleges has been featured by “industry-education-research integrated, job-market-oriented cultivation, International and modernized school-running” with its development. Besides,we have built a five-in-one talent training system of "knowledge transfer, skill training, innovative practice, quality development, value accumulation". Graduates have high professional quality, strong sense of innovation, and great potential for development. The students in our colleges have won 16 first prizes in national skill competitions and they have high employment rates in large state-owned enterprises such as CRRC, FAW-volks wagen and Weichai power. Therefore,the college is known as the Cradle of Craftsmen and Talents Training for Shandong Manufacturing Enterprise.
We actively conduct international exchange and cooperation.Our international education started early and have a great influence. Now we have established friendly and cooperative relations with 130 universities or colleges from 19 countries, such as U.S,Germany, Australia, in the aspects of teachers and students exchange, mutual recognition of credit, cooperative education program and scientific and technological development. The quality of personnel training and the level of international education have been gradually improved.In 2017 and 2019, the college was listed in the "top 50 international influence of higher vocational colleges" list.In 2018 and 2019, the school won the honorary title of "top 50 influential vocational colleges in Asia Pacific" successively.
We has established shandong vocational college of science and technology in East Africa (Uganda) and "shandong vocational college of science and technology BSC teaching workshops in the gulf state university in US as well as shandong vocational college of science and technology Goertek training base center in order to provide personnel training for resident country, teacher training, technical services and improve our level of education internationalization and make contributions to the regional economic development and prosperity of society.
We have 6 cooperative majors with Fachhochschule Nordhessen in Germany and Yeungnam University in Korea and Northampton University in UK .We positively innovate and develop long-term and short-term "language + major" and "language + skills" training models for oversea students studying in China, and cultivate a large number of foreign students who are proficient both in language skills.So far, we has received more than 2,500 long-term and short-term students from 35 countries such as Russia, Uzbekistan and Pakistan, and more than 80% of them are from countries along the “ Belt & Road”.
