The Ice City Harbin is not only a famous music city in China, but also the only one in Asia that is awarded the City of Music by the UN. The annual Harbin Summer Music Festival is the longest national music festival in China. Harbin Normal University is located near the bank of Songhua River in this beautiful music city. The Music Chinese Bridge program is launched with the aim of helping foreign students gain a better understanding of both Harbin and China and promoting the combined development of cultural tourism and fashion industry. It is hoped that this program could objectively display the cultural and scenic beauty of Chinese cities so as to show the attraction of Chinese culture and affinity with China’s image.
