Shaoxing is a city with a history of more than 2500 years and rich cultural heritage, which is known as "A Museum Without Walls". It is also famous as a town of water, bridges, wine, calligraphy and celebrities. The program of "A Journey in a Water Town of China - Food, Clothing, Housing, Transportation & Arts of Shaoxing" is one of the online projects of Chinese Bridge of China Ministry of Education undertaken by ZYU. This project is divided into five topics: clothing, food, housing, transportation and arts, which help students know more about the daily life of Chinese people. By watching recorded videos and participating in online courses, students can not only learn Chinese but get a better understanding of the current life of Shaoxing locals.
