"Enjoy the Beauty of Chinese Language and the Taste of Southern Fujian Culture" Chinese Bridge Online Winter Camp - Winter Camp of Chinese Bridge, this Program was sponsored by Center for Language Education and Cooperation, Ministry of Education of China, and held by Huaqiao University . Over 100 students from Thailand, Indonesia, and Austria gathered online for Chinese courses. The Program divided students into different classes based on their language proficiency, arranging traditional Chinese culture courses such as practicing paper-cutting, calligraphy, marshal arts, and Chinese painting. There were online-visiting courses as well, including Minnan food, folk custom festival, trip around Xiamen, and eco-friendly travel. Students have become more confident in speaking Chinese and learned more about Xiamen, one of the five special economic zones in China. They enjoyed this bite of Minnan culture and traditional Chinese culture.
