The "Warm Chinese, Meet the Arctic" Winter Camp is an online Chinese learning program specifically designed for non-native Chinese learners to learn both the language and Chinese culture. following concept of "learning in real communication and understanding culture in immediate use". The Chinese Language Consortium's cloud platform resources are used to improve intercultural communication skills and maximize the learning experience through "cloud experience, cloud interview and cloud sharing". The program is aimed primarily at Russian Chinese learners and is taught by 8 experienced teachers, 8 teaching assistants and 2 translators who are on hand to assist learners.
