On 31 December 2020, the United Nations General Assembly adopted The United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030): Implementation Plan and decided to launch it in 2021. The theme of World Oceans Day 2022 is “Revitalization: collective action for the Ocean”. It is of great significance for coastal countries and the world to pay attention to the status quo of the ocean and participate in ocean governance. This online camp focuses on five aspects: the sea I saw, the sea I explored, the sea I care for, my treasured sea, and the sea I live on. It will guide students to pay attention to and care for the sea, cultivate their awareness of marine environmental protection, and promote them to engage in marine ecology protection while learning marine related Chinese expressions.
