The online operation is divided into four parts: the first part is titled Cantonese Cuisine Ingenuity, focusing on the six most common dishes cooked by Cantonese chefs. In the second part, titled "Cantonese Cuisine Affair", Cantonese chefs teach how to make Cantonese dim sum such as mushroom buns with fresh meat and prawn dumplings. In the third section, titled "The Beginning of Cantonese Cuisine," Cantonese chefs will demonstrate two dishes based on fish that are light yet tender. The fourth part, titled "The Soul of Cantonese Cuisine," shows the process of Cantonese chefs transforming ordinary ingredients into delicious food, and reveals that the authentic, luxury and high-grade Cantonese Cuisines -- Guangfu Cuisine was actually originated in the muddy and smoky stoves of rural kitchens.

云操作共分成四个部分:第一部分名为粤菜匠心,集中展示粤菜师傅烹饪粤菜中最常见的六道菜。第二部分名为粤菜情缘,由粤点师傅传授制作鲜肉蘑菇包和虾饺皇等粤式点心的方法与过程。第三部分名为粤菜初心,粤菜师傅将演示烹饪清淡却不失鲜嫩以鱼为料的两道菜品。第四部分名为粤菜乡魂,展现粤菜师傅把普通的食材,变成人间美味的过程,揭示正宗、高档的粤菜——广府菜其实源于乡厨土灶。
