This course is to enable students to understand the famous dishes of Hangzhou cuisine, learn to express the basic Chinese vocabulary related to Chinese food culture, and understand the basic dietary habits of Chinese people. The main contents of the course include: the historical evolution of Hangzhou cuisine, the basic characteristics of Hangzhou cuisine, the famous restaurants of Hangzhou cuisine, the essence of Hangzhou cuisine introduced by Chinese culinary masters, the production method of classic Hangzhou cuisine, and the serving sequence of Hangzhou cuisine.
