This course introduces typical architectures in previous Yantai: Suo Cheng Li and Chao Yang Jie. Suo Cheng Li, with its history of more than 600 years, as well as Chao Yang Jie, with its history of more than 100 years, are roots and souls of Yantai. For Suo Cheng Li, you may know about the origin and features of Suo Cheng, twelve spots on the walls of Suo Cheng Li, the Stone to tie the horse, the library of Suo Cheng Li Community, etc. As for Chao Yang jie, the past scenes and today’s scenery of this street will be introduced. In this course, you may not only see the quaint streets, the characteristic western architectures, and modern fashion, but also experience the historical and cultural temperament and feel today’s peace and beauty.
