The course introduces the history and represent the craftsmanship of two traditional Muslim dim sum which are “Aiwowo” and “Glutinous rice cake with sesame”respectively. Through the charm of the said dim sum, the course invites its audiences to experience the Chinese wisdom from traditional cooking utensils.

本课程介绍传统清真面点“艾窝窝”与“糯米芝麻糕”的由来,展示其制作工艺;再经中国传统饮食了解传统炊具中的中国智慧。
