As one of the themes of the Getting To Know China, in order to highlight the differences, Food in China includes the main contents as “North Wheaten Food” and “South Rice Food” respectively. Among them, “North Wheaten Food” mainly introduces several representative northern wheaten food, it also includes systematic teaching arrangements for words, sentences, text and culture of northern China, so that students can not only master language learning and understand the characteristics of food in northern China, but also understand the geographical environment of northern China and other cultural information behind it.
