Chinese traditional food culture has a long history, and there are many schools in cooking. By the end of the Qing Dynasty, eight cuisines had been formed. Among them, Zhejiang cuisine, with its unique Jiangnan characteristics, is the most famous local cuisine. Wenzhou cuisine, also known as "Ou cuisine", is an important part of Zhejiang cuisine. This course introduces Wenzhou food on the tip of the tongue to students through snacks, dishes, fruits and specialties.

中国传统餐饮文化历史悠久,菜肴在烹饪中有许多流派。到了清朝末年,形成了八大菜系。其中,浙江菜以其独特的江南特色,是最著名的地方菜色。温州菜,又称“瓯菜”,是浙江菜的重要组成部分。本课程通过小吃、菜肴、水果和特产等四个方面,为同学们介绍舌尖上的温州美食。
