The body is the source of everything. Only by taking good care of our body can we learn, work and live better. Baduanjin is a kind of Qigong, which is an independent and complete set of exercises.It is mainly through eight movements to achieve the role of strengthening the body, eliminating diseases and health care. The whole movement is created according to the physiological characteristics of the human body and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and is designed for the rehabilitation treatment of diseases. The movement of Baduanjin is simple and easy to learn. It does not limit the age and requires no venue. It is soft and slow, and combines movement with static. At the same time, this set of exercises perfectly combines breathing with body movements and plays an important role in our cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and respiratory systems. 身体是一切的本源,只有保养好了我们的身体,才能更好地学习、工作和生活。八段锦属于健身气功的一种,它是一套独立而完整的功法。主要通过八个动作来达到强身健体、祛病保健的作用。整体的动作是依据人体生理特点、传统中医的理论创作而成,是针对疾病的康复治疗而设计的。八段锦动作简单易学,不限制年龄,不要求场地,动作柔和缓慢,动静结合。同时,这套功法把呼吸与肢体运动完美结合,对我们的心脑血管与呼吸系统也有着重要的作用。本课程将理论与实践相结合,让我们在一呼一吸,一起一落中感受中国健身气功的魅力吧。
