Based on the concept of diet therapy, this lesson will introduce scented teas and herbal teas commonly used in TCM according to the body constitution of South Pacific islanders. With the specialty plants of the South Pacific Island countries as an introduction, this course will elaborate on the scented teas along with prescriptions of medicinal teas adapted to the common ailments of residents, and finally introduce the herbal tea culture of the Lingnan region of China. In addition, based on the content of tea therapy for common diseases in South Pacific island countries and combined with the local situation, this course covers the teaching of Chinese phonetics, phrases, reading, listening and speaking, to develop students’ overall language skills and improve their ability to express themselves logically in Chinese.

在食疗理念基础上,本节课将根据南太平洋岛国居民体质,介绍中医常见的花茶、凉茶。以南太平洋岛国特产植物作为花茶的引入,介绍适应该地区居民常见病的药茶处方,最后介绍中国岭南地区凉茶文化。此外,本节课选取南太平洋岛国常见疾病的茶文化授课内容,结合南太地区实地情况,进行汉语语音、词组、视听说教学,发展学生的综合语言运用能力,提高汉语语言逻辑表达能力。
