1Wushu is a traditional Chinese sport that strengthens people's physiques and develops their willpower with the art of attack and defense as the content and using the motion forms such as routines and fights. Originating from China, Wushu has a history of several thousand years and has been widely spread in Asia and even the world. Wushu became a medal sport at the 11th Asian Games in Beijing in 1990 and became an ad hoc sport at the Games of the XXIX Olympiad in Beijing in 2008. Wushu is divided into routines and Sanda (free fighting) disciplines in the Asian Games. In the routines competitions, after athletes complete a full set of movements, referees will give scores for movement quality in Group A, exercise level in Group B, and difficulty in Group C and calculate rankings based on the total score. The Sanda discipline includes combat events of different weight classes, where punches, kicks, and wrestling of athletes are graded. A total of 15 gold medals are expected to be awarded for the Wushu sport of the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.
武术是以技击为内容,通过套路、搏斗等运动形式,来增强体质、培养意志的中华传统体育项目。武术源于中国,已经有几千年历史,在亚洲乃至世界都有广泛的传播。在北京1990年第11届亚运会上,武术成为比赛项目,在北京2008年第 29届奥运会上,武术成为特设比赛项目。亚运会武术比赛分套路和散打两个项目的比赛。套路比赛中运动员完成全套动作,裁判员给予A组动作质量分、B组演练水平分、C组难度分的评分,根据总分计算排名。散打比赛为对抗赛,分为不同重量级别比赛,以运动员的拳法、腿法和摔法技术项目评分。杭州亚运会武术项目预计共产生15枚金牌。
