Chinese Sanda is a sport featuring combat fighting. Through the practice of punches, kicks, and throws, it can not only strengthen our body, defend ourselves, but also improve our body's reaction ability, release stress and help us vent bad emotions. At the same time, Sanda is also one of the highest fat burning sports. In the following course, I will lead you to learn some key Sanda techniques and experience the charm of Chinese Sanda! Before we start, let’s learn a basic etiquette in Sanda- Salute.

武术散打是一项以技击对抗为特色的运动项目,通过拳、腿、摔的练习,不仅可以强身健体,防身自卫,还可以提升人体反应能力,以及释放压力和宣泄不良情绪。同时,武术散打也是燃脂效率最高的运动之一。在接下来的课程中,我将带领大家进行基础的散打课程学习,感受武术散打的魅力!在课程正式开始前,我们首先学习武术散打礼节,抱拳礼。
