China is the home of tea, and the first country in the world to grow and drink tea. Tea has been revered as the "national drink". Taking traditional Chinese tea culture and modern tea science research as its core, this course explains the history of the origin, development and spreading of Chinese tea and the humanistic spirit embodied in it. In addition, this course adopts a scientific perspective to reconceptualize the connotation and health value of tea in a new world context.
