The beautiful Hainan Island not only has a long and unique history and culture and rich and colorful ethnic customs, but also has a wide range of Hainan cuisine. This class will take Hainan intangible cultural Heritage cuisine as the theme, starting from the cultural background and historical changes of Hainan cuisine, and then an overview of the development of Hainan cuisine. Afterthat we will carefully study the three most representative hainan intangible cultural heritage cuisine techniques by tasting three meals with the fawn puppet, which are: the production of Hainan rice noodles, the breeding and production of Wenchang chicken and Sugaring with indigenous methods.

美丽的海南岛不仅拥有悠久独特的历史文化和浓郁多彩的民族风情,还有包罗万象的海南美食。本节课将以海南非遗美食为主题,从海南美食的文化背景和历史变迁开始,总览海南美食的发展。然后我们将走进小鹿木偶的一日三餐,细致地学习最具代表性的三大海南非遗美食技艺,分别是:海南粉的制作、文昌鸡的养殖和制作以及土法制糖工艺。
